NEW OFFICE SCHEME - IDEAL FOR
FITNESS BUFFS, July 2007

A
new office development is to
be constructed next to the proposed
new JJB destination store and
fitness club, at Victoria Park
in Nottingham. This will be
JJB's first opening of this
concept in the County.
Nottingham developer Bildurn
Properties, is behind the £10m
JJB project and is also proposing
a self contained office development
Imperial Terrace, adjacent to
the superstore and fitness club.
The entire scheme should be
completed next spring.
The 8,000 sq mt (8,600 Sq ft)
two story scheme comprises a
terrace of four self-contained
units each of approximately
200 sq m (2,150 sq ft). Occupiers
will have the opportunity for
larger space by combining adjoining
units.
Imperial Terrace will be situated
next to JJB's brand new 35,520
sq ft (3,300 sq m) site on Victoria
Retail Park. The new concept
combines a sports superstore
with a fitness club and will
be the first of its kind in
Greater Nottingham. There will
be approximately 190 car parking
spaces on the site for joint
use by JJB's customers and the
office occupiers.
Victoria Retail Park covers
237,882 sq ft (22,100) sq m
and is home to established companies
such as B&Q, Focus, Next,
Morrisons and Halfords and the
sports club is expected to bring
a new dimension to the site.
Imperial Terrace
is being marketed by Ray Valenti
at commercial agents Nattrass
Giles, who commented; "The
new office accommodation will
be a contemporary design and
is ideal for SME's looking for
accommodation on this popular
business park. It has the added
benefit of being surrounded
by a huge amount of high quality
retail facilities."
Bildurn Properties
currently has two other active
schemes in Nottingham. Lace
Market Square, a 46 apartment
residential and mixed use development
which has just been completed,
plus The Pod, a £25m retail
and leisure scheme, due for
completion in the autumn.
